NEUE ACADEMY — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Version: 1.0 · Last Updated: 26 July 2026
Neue Academy's comments, community spaces, and Q&A exist so people can learn together. These guidelines keep them useful. They apply to everything you post or do in the app, and they work alongside our Terms and Conditions.
Be Someone Worth Learning Next To
Ask questions freely — beginner questions included. Share what you know. Disagree with ideas, not with people. Give credit when you build on someone else's work.
What's Not Allowed
Toward people: harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual advances, doxxing (posting anyone's private information), or impersonating another person or Neue Academy staff.
Content: anything illegal — including under UAE law, which governs the platform; sexually explicit material; content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark (see our IP & Copyright Notice for how infringement claims work); spam, chain messages, or repeated self-promotion; and advertising or soliciting for other products or services.
Platform integrity: sharing your account, scraping or mass-downloading content, distributing lesson materials outside the platform, attempting to bypass security, or posting malicious links or code.
Recordings: don't record, screenshot, or redistribute live sessions or other members' contributions. Revelium may record live sessions for the course library and will say so at the start of the session.
How Moderation Works
We review reported content and may also moderate proactively. If your content breaks these rules, we remove it and tell you which rule it broke. Depending on severity and history, consequences escalate: warning → temporary suspension of community features → account termination (per Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions). Serious violations — threats, illegal content, doxxing — skip straight to suspension or termination, and where the law requires it we may report to authorities.
If you think we got a moderation decision wrong, reply to the notification email or write to support@theneue.academy within 30 days; a different reviewer will take a second look and respond within 14 days.
Reporting Abuse
See something that breaks these rules? Use the Report button on the content, or email support@theneue.academy with a link or screenshot. Reports are confidential — we don't tell the reported person who reported them. Copyright complaints follow the dedicated process in the IP & Copyright Notice.
Changes
We may update these guidelines as the community grows; material changes will be announced in-app.
