NEUE ACADEMY — PAYMENT TERMS
Revelium Studios FZCO · Version: 1.1 · Last Updated: 29 July 2026
These Payment Terms govern all payments for Neue Academy and form part of the Terms and Conditions. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which prevails on those topics. Founding-member specifics are in the Founding Member & Course Terms.
1. The Plans and What You Are Paying For
Until public launch (31 October 2026): the only offering is Founding Member Lifetime Access, a single one-time charge, sold in Pro and VIP tiers with identical access entitlements (all lessons including flagship courses, live events, and community); the tiers differ in price and in any additional non-access perks stated at purchase. No renewals, no future billing, no stored payment obligation. Additional founding-member batches may be offered before launch on the same structure.
From public launch (31 October 2026): three offerings, always described precisely on the pricing page at the time of purchase:
| Plan | Billing model | What it buys |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Monthly or yearly, auto-renewing | Access to basic and intermediate lessons for the paid period. Does not include flagship courses, live events, or community access |
| Pro | Monthly or yearly, auto-renewing | Access to everything — all lessons including flagships, live events, community — for the paid period |
| Lifetime Access | One-time charge | Pro-level access for the commercial lifetime of the Service (Terms and Conditions Section 4) |
A subscription buys access for a defined period; when the period ends without renewal, access ends (Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 4.4). Prices are not stated in this document because they may change; the checkout screen always shows the exact amount, currency, tax treatment, and billing frequency before you confirm.
2. Payment Methods and Processing
We accept major payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the additional methods shown at checkout (which may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, depending on region). Payments are processed by third-party payment processors identified at checkout. We never see or store your full card number — card data goes directly to the processor, which is PCI-DSS certified. By submitting payment you authorize us and the processor to charge the selected method for the amounts described at checkout, including (for subscriptions) recurring renewal charges as described in Section 5.
3. Currency and Foreign Exchange
Prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is shown at checkout for your region. If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your card issuer or payment provider converts the charge at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee — these are set by your provider, not by us, and are not refundable by us.
4. Prices and Taxes
The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. Where we must collect tax, it is included in the displayed price or itemized before confirmation — you always see the final figure before committing.
Specifically: UAE VAT (currently 5%) applies where required (Revelium Studios FZCO, TRN 104978059400001); EU/UK VAT on digital services is collected at the rate of your country, determined by billing country and consistent verification data; US state sales tax is collected where nexus or marketplace rules require. Receipts and tax invoices are emailed after every charge and available in your account. If your billing country changes, update it in Account → Settings — tax treatment follows your billing country.
5. Auto-Renewal — Full Disclosure Before Any Recurring Charge
For every recurring plan, the checkout screen states, clearly and before you confirm payment: (a) the amount of each charge and the billing frequency; (b) the date of the first charge and of each renewal; (c) that the plan renews automatically until cancelled; and (d) exactly how to cancel — Account → Settings → Manage plan, or an email to support@theneue.academy: the same online channels you signed up through, with no phone call ever required.
Renewal mechanics. Renewals are charged on the renewal date at the then-current price for your plan (subject to the notice rules in Section 6). For yearly plans, we email a reminder at least 15 days before each renewal, stating the amount, the charge date, and the cancellation method. Monthly renewals are not individually announced (the schedule is stated at signup), but every charge generates a receipt. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period, per the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Free trials, if ever offered, will state the trial length and the exact date and amount of the first real charge before you enter payment details, and we will email a reminder before the trial converts to a paid plan.
6. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change prospectively. Three protections apply: (a) a price change never affects a period you have already paid for; (b) a price change never affects Lifetime Access — no further payment can ever be required for entitlements included in a lifetime purchase (Terms and Conditions Section 4.5); and (c) for recurring plans, we give at least 30 days' notice by email before a changed price applies to your renewal, so you always have a full renewal cycle's warning and can cancel before the new price ever charges you.
Re-subscribing after a lapse is a new purchase at current prices (Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 4.5) — price-change notice rules apply to active subscriptions, not to returning customers.
7. Failed Payments and Dunning
If a renewal charge fails: we retry the payment method up to three times over 14 days, emailing you after each failure with a link to update payment details; if payment still fails, the subscription is suspended — access pauses, data and progress are retained; if no successful payment occurs within 30 days of suspension, the subscription is cancelled and access ends (Refund and Cancellation Policy Section 4.4). We do not charge late fees, we do not send unpaid subscription amounts to collections, and consequences are limited to suspension and cancellation. A cancelled-for-nonpayment customer can return anytime at then-current prices.
8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
Handled per Section 4.6 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy: upgrades immediate with pro-rata credit of the unused period; downgrades at next renewal. Upgrading any subscription to Lifetime Access ends the subscription (no further renewals) and credits the unused period against the Lifetime price shown at the time of upgrade.
9. Receipts, Errors, and Disputes
Receipts are emailed for every charge and stored in your account. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@theneue.academy within 60 days; we investigate and correct errors, refunding any overcharge in full. Escalation follows Section 8 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — it is usually faster, and payment-network rules automatically suspend accounts with open disputes.
10. General
Amounts are payable in advance for the relevant access or period. Refunded purchases end the corresponding access at the moment the refund is processed (Refund and Cancellation Policy Sections 1 and 6). Where any provision of these Payment Terms conflicts with a non-waivable right under your local consumer law, your local right prevails and the remainder stands. These Payment Terms follow the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions (Sections 14–15).
