Neue Academy does not sell your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising — and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies (see our Cookie Policy), and personal data goes only to service providers acting under contract on our instructions (see our Privacy Policy, Section 5).

Because no sale or sharing occurs, the CCPA does not require us to offer an opt-out mechanism, and there is nothing to opt out of. This statement serves as the disclosure in place of a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.

If this ever changes, before any sale or sharing begins we will: add the required "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to our homepage and app; honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC); and update this notice and the Privacy Policy with the categories involved and the opt-out process.
