NEUE ACADEMY — FOUNDING MEMBER & COURSE TERMS

These terms supplement the Terms and Conditions for Founding Members of Neue Academy. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions, these terms prevail for Founding Members on the topics they cover.
1. What "Founding Member" Means
You are a Founding Member if you purchase Neue Academy access before the public launch on 31 October 2026. Founding Member status is personal, attaches to your account, and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared. Revelium may open more than one founding-member enrollment batch before launch; every batch receives the same terms in this document.
2. Tiers — Pro and VIP Are Equal in Access
Founding Membership is sold in two tiers, Pro and VIP. In terms of what you can access, they are identical: every lesson in the academy, including flagship courses; every live event; and full community access, including the corporate/professional community. The tiers differ only in price and in any additional non-access perks (for example, recognition, merchandise, or early-access previews) expressly listed on the purchase page at the time you buy. No content, event, or community space available to one tier is closed to the other.
3. What You Bought — and What Launch Changes
Your purchase is Lifetime Access: a single one-time payment for access to everything in Section 2, for the commercial lifetime of the Service. On 31 October 2026, Neue Academy opens to the public with a different structure — a Basic plan (basic and intermediate lessons only; no flagships, no live events, no community), a Pro plan (full access, billed monthly or yearly), and Lifetime Access at post-launch pricing.
What this means for you — stated plainly:
(a) Nothing is taken away. Your access remains everything in Section 2, forever (as defined in Section 4). The introduction of a restricted Basic tier for the public does not restrict you.
(b) Nothing more is ever charged. Your one-time payment is complete. You will never pay renewals, and no entitlement included in your purchase will be moved behind an additional paywall. You cannot be migrated to a recurring plan without your express consent.
(c) Your pricing moment does not return. Founding-member pricing is tied to the pre-launch period and ends permanently at launch. Post-launch buyers — including post-launch Lifetime buyers — pay the prices then in force.
(d) Genuinely new paid add-ons are possible. If Revelium one day offers something separately paid for all users (founding members and subscribers alike — for example, an optional certification program or one-on-one coaching), it may be priced separately. The test is simple: anything that was part of what you bought stays included; only genuinely new, separately-sold offerings can carry a separate price.
4. "Lifetime Access" — Honest Definition
"Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the Neue Academy product — for as long as Revelium (or a successor under Section 18.2 of the Terms and Conditions) operates the Service. It is not tied to your natural lifetime and is not a guarantee the Service exists forever. Two protections stand behind it: if the Service is permanently discontinued within 24 months of your purchase, you receive a partial pro-rated refund (Terms and Conditions Section 4.1); and if the Service is transferred to a successor company — including the new company Revelium may establish — your Lifetime Access transfers with it intact.
5. Leaving — Refunds and What They End
The Refund and Cancellation Policy gives you a 14-day full money-back guarantee from purchase. Understand what a refund means for a Founding Member: when the refund is processed, everything ends at once — lessons, flagship courses, live events, community access, tier perks, badge, and Founding Member status itself. Because founding terms are tied to the pre-launch period, a refunded Founding Membership cannot be repurchased; returning to Neue Academy later means choosing among the plans and prices offered to the public at that time. Beyond the 14-day window, Lifetime Access is refundable only in the discontinuation case described in Section 4.
6. Your License to Course Content
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial: stream and view lessons for your own learning, on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly screen, or share lessons or materials; share your account or credentials; use content to build competing courses or products; or use any content to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine-learning models. The full scope is in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions and the IP & Copyright Notice. Substantiated violations can lead to suspension or termination (Terms and Conditions Section 13) without refund beyond what mandatory law requires.
7. Live Sessions, Community, and Q&A
(a) Revelium may record live sessions for later playback in the course library. You will be told at the start of a session when it is being recorded, and you can always participate with camera and microphone off and interact via text only.
(b) You may not record, screenshot, stream, or redistribute live sessions, session recordings, or other participants' contributions, in whole or in part.
(c) Questions and comments you post may remain visible to other participants and may appear in session recordings; post accordingly.
(d) The Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines governs conduct in all community spaces, including the corporate/professional community, and its moderation ladder (warning → suspension → termination) applies.
8. Age
Neue Academy is for adults: you must be 18 or older to enroll. We do not currently offer parental-consent enrollment for minors.
9. Learning Outcomes
Lessons are educational. No specific outcome — professional, financial, academic, or career — is promised or guaranteed, and courses are not accredited programs unless expressly stated in writing for a specific course. The Educational Disclaimer is incorporated into these terms and applies to every course, live session, and community discussion.
10. Beta Reality Check
Until launch, you are using a product under active construction: features ship incomplete, change shape, and occasionally break; the course library grows over time and its composition may change; scheduled live events may be moved with notice. This is the nature of the product at this stage and part of what founding membership means — you are early on purpose. It does not reduce statutory quality rights your local consumer law makes non-waivable, and it never reduces the entitlements in Section 2.
11. Force Majeure
Revelium is not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control (upstream provider outages, natural disasters, acts of authority, war, and similar). Extended interruptions are handled under Section 13.3 of the Terms and Conditions; permanent discontinuation is handled under Section 4 above.
12. Disputes
Anything not resolved directly with us follows the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions (Sections 14–15), including every consumer protection preserved there.
