NEUE ACADEMY — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Revelium Studios FZCO · Version: 1.0 · Last Updated: 26 July 2026

1. Ownership

All course content, lessons, videos, scripts, exercises, graphics, designs, software, interfaces, and the "Neue Academy" and "Revelium" names and logos are the exclusive property of Revelium Studios FZCO and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws of the United Arab Emirates and international treaties. © Revelium Studios FZCO. All rights reserved.

2. Your License

Members (including Founding Members) receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream and view content for their own learning, as set out in Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions — and nothing more. No purchase transfers any ownership of content or trademarks.

3. Unauthorized Use

Redistribution, resale, public screening, uploading to other platforms, sharing accounts, bulk downloading, or using content to train AI models is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of the account (Terms and Conditions Section 13) and, where warranted, legal action for damages and injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Notice-and-Takedown)

We respect the intellectual property of others and follow a DMCA-style notice-and-takedown process for all claims, wherever the claimant is located.

Designated contact for infringement notices: Copyright Agent — Revelium Studios FZCO Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE legal@theneue.academy (subject line: "Copyright Notice")

A complete notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service; (3) your name, address, email, and telephone number; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next: we review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material we determine is infringing, and notify the user who posted it, providing them a copy of the notice.

Counter-notice: if your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken or the material is not infringing, send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your contact details; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; and consent to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Terms and Conditions. If the original claimant does not initiate legal action within 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers: accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated.

Misrepresentation: knowingly false infringement claims or counter-notices can expose you to liability for damages, including costs and fees, and may lead to account termination.

5. Trademarks

"Neue Academy", "Revelium", and associated logos may not be used — including in domain names, product names, social-media handles, or advertising — without prior written permission from legal@theneue.academy. Descriptive references ("I'm taking a course on Neue Academy") are of course fine.
