NEUE ACADEMY — COOKIE POLICY

Revelium Studios FZCO · Version: 1.0 · Last Updated: 26 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Neue Academy (operated by Revelium Studios FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs — together, "cookies"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy. Questions: legal@theneue.academy.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. Some are essential to make the site work; others remember preferences or help us understand usage.

2. Categories We Use

Category Purpose Examples Duration Legal basis
Strictly necessary Sign-in and session management, security and fraud prevention, load balancing, remembering your cookie choices Session cookie, auth token, CSRF token, consent-preference cookie Session to 12 months No consent required (essential for the service you request); legitimate interests / contract
Functional Remembering preferences you set — language, playback settings, interface options Preference cookies Up to 12 months Your consent
Analytics Understanding how the Service is used (pages visited, feature usage, errors) so we can improve it First-party or privacy-respecting analytics cookies Up to 13 months Your consent
Marketing / advertising Not used. Neue Academy does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

This table reflects the tools we currently deploy. If we add or change tools (for example, a new analytics provider), we will update this table and, where consent is required, ask for it before the new cookies are set.

3. Consent — How It Works

If you visit from a region where consent is required for non-essential cookies (including the EU/EEA and UK), you will see a banner before any non-essential cookie is set, with three equally available options: Accept all, Reject all, and Customize (choose per category). No boxes are pre-ticked, and declining does not affect your access to the Service. Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless, because the Service cannot function without them.

4. Withdrawing or Changing Your Choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the site footer, which reopens the same banner with your current choices. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future processing. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in.

5. California Residents

As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our cookies are not used for those purposes — so no "Do Not Sell or Share" opt-out is currently required (see our Do Not Sell or Share Notice). If our practices ever change, we will honor opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), and add the required opt-out link before any such cookies are deployed.

6. Changes

We will update this Policy when our cookie use changes; material changes will be reflected in the banner and the "Last Updated" date above.

Consent Banner Copy (for implementation)
